Challenge:

Predictive maintenance is a solid buzzword and is coming up to revolutionize operations and maintenance – but how?

Solution:

We summarized a theoretical dissection of the concept, clarified recommendations & tips and evaluated a hands-on predictive maintenance. Our proof-of-concept predictive maintenance models were implemented at two Belgian manufacturing giants.

Challenge:

We all know a lot about trains and they impact their delays can have. But what if an aeroplane has a delay? What are the future effects? Is there an overlay that cannot be made for the passengers or crew? And what about the other flights booked for the aircraft?

Solution:

We built a statistical model based on all parameters that can be influenced by a delay for a major European airline. The model gives an estimated total cost that occurs for the flight, depending on the delay time. Additionally, a GUI was developed indicating which flights are impacted when a delay occurs.

As Esport Manager for KRC Genk's CS2 team, I steered all facets of the team's success, spanning the likes of strategic team planning and budgeting to communication between all relevant stakeholders (upper management, event organizers or players) and day-to-day operations.

Challenge:

The insurance industry is lagging behind with the automation of some of its processes. Together with my co-founders we developed a tool that automates the flow and rational used by insurance agents to determine the best-fitting travel insurance option for their clients. Drastically reducing the time it takes to close on your travel insurance.

Our pilot project is currently live in Belgium and Luxembourg!
